This blog is way to connect with Blue Goose followers who like to socialize in the kitchen. If you really love cooking with serious recipes, folding batters, and reducing by half.... well... the only thing I want to reduce by half is a bottle of wine, join us for the fun, but the fancy recipes will not be forthcoming.
At our house we have four dogs running around, relatives dropping by, (last night a relative giving away eggs from his new chicken venture) and a husband that sometimes needs help finding the jelly in the fridge, so I'm just saying, basically we socialize in the kitchen.
Tonight we're cookin' Porky Pigs, bratwurst wrapped in bacon, rolled in natural brown sugar with a bit of cayenne pepper and baked in the oven. Real MAN food. Make so mistake, this is not on your diet, but sometimes you just need a beer and a Porky Pig.
